Best DAYS Ever!

Ever heard the phrase "Best Day Ever"? Well, I have been lucky enough to have had 2 of those days!
24 years ago at the very grown up ages of 18 & 21 I married my best friend! I look back at our wedding pictures and think, who are those babies?
8 years later our little family was blessed to become an eternal family and be sealed in the Frankfurt Germany Temple.
(don't laugh at my early scrap booking skills!)
Together we've been through the good, the bad and occasionally ugly. Thanks for all the the memories babe, I love you.

Wedding Postage Stamp

I know I say this a lot...
but, this is my new favorite gift to give!
I'm a sucker for all things personalized. What newlyweds don't love to display their wedding date?
Wishing M & L a happy wedding day!

What Matters Most

What Matters Most
I love this phrase! It can be a question or a statement.
What matters most?
Sometimes I need to ask myself that question. I need a reminder of where my priorities should be. Should I spend my day working on a fabulous new craft or giving service to someone? Should I spend hours on Pinterest looking for new ideas or reading a good book?

What matters most.
My faith. My family. I wanted to place this statement on my photo wall, next to the pictures of the people who are the most important to me. I am very blessed.

Conference Projects

General Conference was this weekend, AKA T.V. Church at our house.
It was amazing as always. The talks are always so up lifting and I feel that the speakers are speaking directly to me.

Being the fidgety person that I am, I find that working on a project as I watch helps me to listen (stay awake) better. Here are some pictures of the projects I worked on.

Love You Forever
This quote comes from my kid's favorite childhood book. We would read it at least a couple times a week and when we got to this part we'd say it together. I read it this weekend for the first time in a long time and it still makes me cry!

HAPPY
This one is for my honey. He is my happy.

You Is Kind

When I was ask to make this little plaque for a christmas gift I was like...huh?
Then my cute girl explained to me that is was a quote from the movie The Help. Still a bit confused, I headed out to my local Red Box and rented the movie.
Loved it! If you haven't seen it or read the book I highly recommend it. It's hard to believe that people really lived like that not that long ago.

This one is going to look good in my new "guest room".

How would I describe Fall in Arizona? HOT!! I'm not sure where you live, but here in AZ it is 105 degrees today! So I thought I'd put together some Fall signs, crank down the a/c and pretend!
