The Announcements

2013 has been CRAZY! Six months into it and The Hubby & I have managed to marry off both of our kiddos! Yep, 43 and BAM, BAM, empty nesters! 

With our son not only did we get an amazing daughter-in-law, we became instant grandparents to the greatest little guy around.

                         

The day after The Boy's wedding our daughter and her honey announced their engagement! I hadn't even began putting away the stuff from the 1st party before we started planning the 2nd!

Now we have a ginger in our family! From a family of 4 to a family of 7! Whoot whoot!

Best DAYS Ever!

Ever heard the phrase "Best Day Ever"? Well, I have been lucky enough to have had 2 of those days!

24 years ago at the very grown up ages of 18 & 21 I married my best friend! I look back at our wedding pictures and think, who are those babies?

8 years later our little family was blessed to become an eternal family and be sealed in the Frankfurt Germany Temple.

Together we've been through the good, the bad and occasionally ugly. Thanks for all the the memories babe, I love you.

True Love

I'm finally getting around to posting some pictures from my girlfriends' daughters' wedding so here they are. This had to of been one of the most beautiful receptions I've been to and I'm not just saying that because I helped with the decorations! 

 These screens are amazing! Is was a little difficult to get good pics because of the back lighting but believe me, FABULOUS! 

 I've never seen so much pink! It fit the gorgeous bride perfectly.

I love finding new ways to use vinyl!

My girlfriend had every detail planned out, right down to the sparkly diamonds on the tables!

 I never got a chance to get a picture of the runner before the beautiful bride came in so it's a good thing I have a shot of it laying on my kitchen table!

My son's BFF is getting married this weekend. For some reason this little event is making me feel really old! But, it did give me a good excuse to put a little something together.

One of my BFF's had a daughter get married last week. I had soooo much fun helping her with the bridal shower and decorating for the reception! Here's a couple of things I made for the Mr. & Mrs.
